The Process — From Consultation to Custom Candle in 3–4 Weeks:

1. Book your consultation. After checkout, you'll receive an email with a Calendly link to schedule your session and a short brand questionnaire to complete before we meet.
2. Discovery session. We meet at your location, online, or at a coffee shop in downtown Raleigh for a 45-minute conversation about your brand, your customer, and the feeling you want your scent to deliver.
3. Custom sample pack + Signature Scent Direction PDF. Based on our conversation, we hand-curate a sample pack of candles for you to experience, alongside a designed PDF outlining your scent direction, recommended fragrance profiles, and product format.
4. Scent + label approval. You'll review the samples and approve your final scent, and we'll develop your custom label design as part of the service.
5. Private label production. Hand-poured in coconut soy wax with the same designer quality our retail customers know us for. Most projects are completed in 3–4 weeks from consultation to finished product.

What's the difference between signature scent creation and private label? A signature scent is the custom fragrance we develop for your brand. Private label is the finished product — your custom-scented candle with your branded label, ready to sell or gift. Most of our clients want both, which is why this consultation covers both in one conversation.

Is the $150 refundable? The consultation fee is non-refundable. It covers the consultation, your custom sample pack of candles, and your Signature Scent Direction PDF.

How long does the full process take? Most projects are completed in 3–4 weeks from consultation to finished product, depending on order volume and label approval timing.

What's the minimum order for private label production? Our minimum order for private label production is $500. We'll walk through exact quantities, sizes, and pricing during your consultation.

Do you work with clients outside of Raleigh? Yes. We work with brands across the United States. Consultations are available virtually and finished products ship nationwide.

Can you match a scent I already have in mind? Absolutely. If you have a reference scent, mood board, or specific notes in mind, bring them. If you don't, we'll build the scent from your brand identity up.

Is the custom label design really included? Yes. Your custom label is part of the private label service — designed to fit your brand and printed for production.
